Who we are

What data and why

When you contact us or book, we use your name, contact details, travel dates, number of guests and anything else you tell us. We do this to answer your question, arrange your stay and meet legal obligations such as the guest register and tourist tax.

Booking via Lodgify

The availability calendar and bookings run through Lodgify, our booking system. Lodgify processes your booking details and payment on our behalf. If you book via Booking.com or Airbnb, that platform's privacy policy also applies.

Cookies

This website does not set any tracking or analytics cookies itself, and we do not collect visitor statistics. Only the Lodgify booking calendar may use functional cookies needed for the calendar and booking to work. That is why we do not ask for consent. Fonts and videos are loaded from our own website.

Sharing and retention

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties needed for your stay, such as Lodgify and the payment provider, and with our hosting provider, which makes the website technically available. We keep your data no longer than necessary. Accounting records are kept for seven years, as Dutch law requires.

Your rights

You may view, correct or delete your data and object to its use. To do so, email rianne.savenije@kpnmail.nl. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
