One bedroom on the ground floor (queen-size double bed) and one bedroom upstairs (king-size double bed). A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, a dining bar for 4, oven, dishwasher, induction hob and a Nespresso machine. The utility room houses the separate toilet and a space with washing machine, freezer and microwave. On the ground floor the house has a wonderful bathroom with a double bathtub and a separate walk-in shower.

The house has several gardens with plenty of privacy, wrapped right around it (about 800 m²), with 3 terraces — in and out of the sun — with a parasol, various garden sets and comfortable loungers.

In the evening on the terrace all you hear is animals: from birds to donkeys, or the monkeys and lions of the zoo.
